It sits behind the Findings Register as a reusable content and consistency layer.

The purpose of the Findings Catalogue is to:

• provide a reusable set of standard finding types
• improve consistency in how findings are named and described
• support faster drafting of audit outputs
• standardise common risk, root cause, and recommendation patterns
• improve comparability of findings across audits
• support reporting and trend analysis by issue type

The Findings Catalogue does not replace judgement. It provides standard finding patterns that can be adapted to the context of each audit.

2. What the Findings Catalogue Is

The Findings Catalogue is the reference set of common finding types used across AuditFlow OS.

It is used to:

• support consistent finding titles
• help users classify issues
